Last year HubSpot delivered Service Hub in order to help service teams understand their customers and provide them a better experience. One of its features is tickets that allow users track and manage support requests, create reports or tasks on requests, and many more.
HubSpot also introduced Ticket API that allows managing and editing tickets. While these API are in the developer preview status yet, today we have supported them in Skyvia.
Now our users can freely export and import tickets to and from HubSpot, synchronize these data with other e-support tools and other cloud applications and databases, replicate them to a database and work with them in Skyvia Backup, Query and Connect products.
