From now on, Snowflake, Google Ads, Mailjet and Harvest become available in Skyvia. When creating a package, you need to select the new data integration runtime to use these connectors. So far, Skyvia does not support backup for new connectors. This feature is yet to come.
Skyvia adds a new cloud data warehouse to the list of already supported databases and cloud warehouses in the platform — Snowflake. It is not built on any existing database technology or “big data” one, instead it combines a completely new SQL query engine with an innovative architecture natively designed for the cloud, and each user can benefit greatly from using it.
You can load data from various cloud apps or in-house databases to Snowflake using replication. Replication is basically the simplest way to transfer necessary data. When replicating data to Snowflake, Skyvia uses high-performance Bulk Load mode. So if you want to load data to Snowflake, you need to choose Amazon S3 or Azure as an external storage service for storing temporary files and specify the necessary parameters for connecting to the corresponding service. Skyvia also supports importing Snowflake data to other cloud apps and databases or exporting Snowlake data to CSV files. The two-way synchronization is not supported.
As for the Skyvia Query and Connect products, they are fully available for Snowflake. You can query Snowflake data by entering SQL statements on your own or using our convenient visual query builder, as well as publish Snowflake data via SQL or OData endpoints.
Skyvia supports loading Google Ads data to other cloud applications and databases or exporting Google Ads data to CSV files. The replication with incremental updates is available only for Google Ads objects, which contain Segments_Date field. The two-way synchronization is not supported. As well as all new connectors, Google Ads is available only in the new runtime.
Skyvia Connect and Query support Google Ads, so you can make Google Ads data available via OData and SQL endpoints and query them from the browser. With Skyvia Query Google Sheets Add-on and Excel Add-in, you can easily get Google Ads reports in Google Sheets or Excel spreadsheets and update data in them in just a couple of clicks!
Skyvia extends a list of cloud email marketing apps. Now we offer support for the Mailjet connector. It is a good email marketing solution for teams to create, send and monitor marketing emails, transactional emails and SMS.
Skyvia supports data import from/to Mailjet, data export from Mailjet to CSV files, data replication from Mailject to relational databases and data synchronization with other cloud apps and relational databases. You can easily integrate your Mailjet data with such popular cloud apps as Salesforce or Dynamics 365, query Mailjet data with SQL or share them via OData protocol.
First, you need to create a Mailjet connection and, second, select the Skyvia product to work with. That is it.
Skyvia adds a new category of connectors — time tracking connetors. The second connector implemented for this category is Harvest. It is a convenient cloud-based time tracking and invoicing tool, which has been designed for businesses of all sizes.
Harvest connector is supported in all types of data integration packages in Skyvia. However, please keep in mind that first you need to select a new runtime in packages to use Harvest. You can also query your Harvest data and export them as PDF or CSV files, or expose data via OData endpoint only to authenticated users. You can read more about the Harvest connector here.
