Connecting to Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is a cloud CRM developed by ZOHO Corporation, and having such features as procurement, inventory, etc.  Skyvia supports importing data to and from Zoho CRM, exporting Zoho CRM data to CSV files, replicating Zoho CRM data to relational databases, and synchronizing Zoho CRM data with other cloud CRMs and relational databases.

Zoho CRM-Specific Features and Limitations

Skyvia has the following limitations for Zoho CRM:

Importing files from zip archives is not supported.
Child entities, such as Attachments or Notes, are not supported.
Many-to-many relations are not supported.
Product Details in Sales Orders and other entities are not supported.

Note that for Zoho connection you must specify the timezone that is specified in your Zoho CRM account settings. If you specify incorrect time zone, this may lead to numerous errors.

10. In the Time Zone box select the timezone that is specified in your Zoho CRM account settings. This is an important step, because when Time Zone is set incorrectly, it may lead to incorrect date and time data processing, incorrect work of lookup mapping, incorrect change detection when performing replication or synchronization, etc.
11. Optionally change the Metadata Cache parameter value. It determines how often to update cached metadata for the connection. By default, Skyvia caches metadata of available objects for cloud sources. You can configure how often the cache is refreshed automatically or reset in manually on the Connection Details page of the corresponding connection by clicking the Clear link in the Metadata cache parameter in the Parameters pane. The following values are available for this setting:
oDisabled - the metadata cache is not created, and metadata are queried automatically whenever the connection is opened.
oOne Hour - the metadata cache expires after one hour since the previous refresh, and it is refreshed after this when the connection is opened.
oOne Day - the metadata cache expires after one day since the previous refresh, and it is refreshed after this when the connection is opened.
oOne Week - the metadata cache expires after one week since the previous refresh, and it is refreshed after this when the connection is opened.
oOne Month - the metadata cache expires after one month since the previous refresh, and it is refreshed after this when the connection is opened.
oInfinite - the cache is never reset automatically. Default value.
12. Click the Save button to save the connection.
