Vinod Patel and Home & Living, two of Fiji’s largest retail brands and clients of Ātman Consultants, faced significant challenges in maintaining an efficient and unified data ecosystem across their operations. With a nationwide presence and a diverse product range spanning over 15,000 items, the company needed to manage data across multiple systems (ERP, CRM (Pipedrive), marketing automation (Klaviyo), and logistics (Onfleet)); all while ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for both internal teams and customers.
The company required real-time, bi-directional synchronization of crucial customer, order, and delivery data across these platforms to avoid data silos, eliminate manual entry, and ensure seamless communication. The sales team needed up-to-date information about customer orders, inventory, and lead statuses directly within Pipedrive. At the same time, the marketing department needed to automate email campaigns based on ERP events like purchases and customer lifecycle stages. Furthermore, logistics operations needed to sync with ERP records to ensure timely delivery updates.
The goal was clear: centralize the customer journey, from initial lead to final delivery, and streamline operations across departments. This included:
