Copying OData data to Oracle cannot be simpler. You just need to perform the following three simple steps.
Specify necessary connection parameters for OData.
Specify necessary connection parameters for Oracle.
Skyvia supports secure connections to Oracle.
Select OData objects to replicate.
Just select check boxes in a list of OData objects (e.g. entities). If necessary, you can tweak it in more details - replicate only part of OData fields and filter data to replicate.
You don't need to prepare the Oracle database - Skyvia creates the tables corresponding to the OData objects - entities - automatically.
Skyvia can more than just create a copy of the OData data in Oracle - it can keep this copy in an up-to-date state automatically. All you need is to configure a schedule when to update the Oracle replica database.
When updating the data copy in the Oracle database, Skyvia does not perform full data copying each time. It retrieves only updated data from OData and writes only necessary updates to the Oracle database.
With Skyvia you can copy all the data from a OData object or disable replication for some OData object fields. You can also configure filters for data to replicate.
