About the Services
Boomi AtomSphere is an integration platform as a service (iPaaS) that provides integration of any combination of cloud and on-premise applications without software, appliances, or coding. It was founded in 2000 and offers NUMBER data connectors to more than 20000 of its customers worldwide.
The platform supports real-time data integration and scales to meet high-volume needs in mobile, batch (ETL), and EDI environments. Boomi charges its customers based on the number of connectors applied and features include in the pricing plan.
Celigo is an iPaaS platform providing data integration processes for automated data synchronization and system integration as well as streamline operations with cloud and on-premise services. It was founded in 2005 and offers its customers 200+ integration templates with pre-built data flows that can be configured according to business logic.
Skyvia is a no-code cloud data integration platform which supports a big variety of data integration scenarios including ETL, ELT, Reverse ETL, bidirectional data sync, workflows automation, etc. It was created by Devart in 1997 to boost data-related performance: cloud data integration, backup and management.
Skyvia offers more than 140 ready-made data connectors for dozens of thousands of free users, including 1800+ paid customers. It's easy to use, offers drag-and-drop interface and suits business users and IT professionals as well. Boomi connects to more than 90 sources, including popular data destinations: data warehouses and cloud applications. Boomi supports the following types of connectors: application, event-driven, technology, and custom. Developers can write their own custom connectors in Java using Boomi's Connector SDK. Connectors are also divided into two categories (Boomi- or partner-maintained) and categorized by connector classes (Small Business, Standard, Enterprise, Trading Partner).
Customers can deploy connections up to the number of licenses based on their subscription.
Celigo offers 200+ application, database and universal connectors. Among those connectors are AS2, FTP, HTTP, GraphQL, and REST API. The platform also provides a Wrapper, a developer toolkit to create connections between the platform and external APIs that can't use a branded connector or a universal connector.
The Celigo Marketplace offers a wide range of pre-built templates and application connections. The integration apps can also get customized additional features with the help of add-ons. However, to add such a functionality, customers have to buy additional licenses.
Skyvia offers more than 140 connectors and the number is rapidly growing. Among these connectors there are CRM, accounting, email marketing, e-commerce, human resources, marketing automation, payment processing, product management, all major databases and DWH, flat files, etc. Customers can also leave request for creating a new data connector and Skyvia will consider building it without additional payment.
Boomi supports a set of prebuilt transformations through procedures called shapes (such as encryption/decryption, search/replace, test encoding, and combining documents) and lets users create custom preload transformations to convert source application format into the destination format.
When a process runs, the inbound connector in the Start shape retrieves the data within available types (database, EDI, flat file, XML ot JSON). The resulting data goes into the process as one or more documents. Documents move through the process steps sequentially, where each shape performs a specific task on the data and then passes it onto the next shape.
Celigo offers data transformation to remove fields, change fields names, or change the order of the JSON record to fit the requirements for data sent to a lookup or an import. The platform provides Transform Rules feature that helps to transform large Export or Import JSON/XML data to a much smaller JSON structure that is much more readable and easier to understand.
This feature can also be used to flatten the complex JSON structure, provide meaningful field names, and select a limited set of fields for processing in a flow.
Skyvia is a full-featured ETL service that allows building data integrations with powerful transformations between multiple data sources. It is a no code solution with support for data splitting, complex expressions and formulas, lookups, and more.
Skyvia's Data Flow and Control Flow components can be used for building more advanced ETL data pipelines with support for multiple connectors and additional features like modifying the data, flowing through them, splitting flows of records into multiple outputs, or modifying data flow variables.
