Create new BigCommerce Customer from Zoho Desk Contact

This integration selects new Zoho Desk contacts and imports them to BigCommerce as customers.

Note: It does not import pre-existing Zoho Desk contacts to BigCommerce customers.

Note: Due to peculiarities in the BigCommerce and Zoho Desk APIs in some cases BigCommerce customers could appear as 'LastName LastName'.

Note: For best results all address fields for Zoho Desk contact (Street, City, Country, State, and Zip) should be filled. Otherwise, BigCommerce customer will be created without address.

How to Set Up

1. Select or create connections: Zoho Desk connection for Source and BigCommerce connection for Target.
2. Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.

• To create BigCommerce customers from specific new Zoho Desk contacts, configure filters in the task editor.
