This integration selects new QuickBooks Online invoices and imports them to Salesforce as opportunities.
Notes
It does not import pre-existing QuickBooks Online invoices to Salesforce opportunities.
For best results, customers and products should be pre-synced between QuickBooks Online and Salesforce apps.
How to Set Up
Select or create connections: QuickBooks Online connection for Source and Salesforce connection for Target.
Provide the necessary information for the integration execution:
- Open the import task.
- On the Mapping Definition tab, for the Pricebook2Id field, enter Salesforce Price Book name instead of Enter your Price Book name... placeholder.
- On the Mapping Definition tab, to map the related object Opportunity.OpportunityLineItem, select it from the list above the list of Salesforce fields.
- For the PricebookEntryId field enter Salesforce Price Book name instead of Enter your Price Book name... placeholder.
- Save the task.
Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.

- To create Salesforce opportunities from specific new QuickBooks Online invoices, configure filters in the task editor.
