Use this package if you need to automate creating a Salesforce opportunity whenever a new QuickBooks Online invoice is created. It creates a Salesforce Opportunity record and fills in OpportunityLineItems.

Note: It does not convert existing QuickBooks Online invoices to Salesforce opportunities.



To use this package, you need to:

  1. Select or create connections: QuickBooks connection for Source and Salesforce connection for Target.
  2. Specify the schedule, on which the package will run automatically (See how)
  3. The names of the products must be the same in Salesforce and QuickBooks Online.



  • If you need to create Salesforce opportunities only for specific QuickBooks Online invoices, matching some condition, you can add filter conditions for the source customers. For this point to the import task that imports data to the Opportunity entity and click Edit, then configure filters as described here.
