This integration selects new Zoho Books contacts and imports them into Timely as users.
Note: It does not import pre-existing Zoho Books contacts into Timely users.
Note: The Name field in Timely only accepts alphabetic characters. Any other symbols will result in an error.
Note: User emails in Timely are unique per account, and duplicates are not allowed, unlike the contact's email in Zoho Books. When trying to transfer duplicates, the integration will result in an error.
How to Set Up
- Select or create connections: Zoho Books connection for Source and Timely connection for Target.
- Provide the necessary information for the integration execution:
- Open the import task.
- In Mapping Definition of your import task, for the AccountId field, replace 12345 with the Id of your Timely account.
- Save the task.
- Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.
