This integration selects new Freshdesk tickets and imports them to TMetric as tasks.

Note: It does not import pre-existing Freshdesk tickets to TMetric tasks.

Note: For best results agents in Freshdesk should be pre-synced with workspace members in TMetric.

Note: Due to peculiarities in Freshdesk's API V2 the amount of required Freshdesk API calls doubles when you query the ticket Description field.

Requirements

Freshdesk connection must have specific settings:

  • API Version must be set to v2

How to Set Up

  1. Select or create connections: Freshdesk connection for Source and TMetric connection for Target.
  2. Provide the necessary information for the integration execution:
    1. Open the import task.
    2. On the Mapping Definition, for the ProjectId field, specify the name of TMetric project within which the task will be executed instead of Enter your Project name....
    3. Save the task.
  3. Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.

  • To create TMetric tasks from specific new Freshdesk tickets, configure filters in the task editor.
