Create new Xero ACCPAY Invoice (Bill) from WooCommerce Order

This integration selects new WooCommerce orders and imports them to Xero as ACCPAY invoices (bills). It uses product code (SKU) to match products in WooCommerce and Xero.

Note: This integration does not import pre-existing WooCommerce orders to Xero ACCPAY invoices (bills).

Note: Xero contacts must be pre-synced with WooCommerce customers. If the contact with the corresponding email is not found in Xero, the order fails to import.

How to Set Up

  1. Select or create connections: WooCommerce connection for Source and Xero connection for Target.
  2. Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

  • To create Xero ACCPAY invoices (bills) from specific new WooCommerce orders, configure filters in the task editor.
