This integration selects new BigCommerce orders and imports them to Xero as invoices. It uses product code (SKU) to match products in Salesforce and Xero.

Note: This integration does not import pre-existing BigCommerce orders to Xero invoices.

Note: Xero contacts must be pre-synced with BigCommerce customers. If the contact with the corresponding email is not found in Xero, the order fails to import.

How to Set Up

  1. Select or create connections: BigCommerce connection for Source and Xero connection for Target.
  2. Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.


  • To create Xero invoices from specific new BigCommerce orders, configure filters in the task editor.
