Create new Xero Invoice from Shopify Order

This integration selects new Shopify orders and imports them to Xero as invoices. It uses product code (SKU) to match products in Shopify and Xero.

Note: This integration does not import pre-existing Shopify orders to Xero invoices.

Note: Xero contacts must be pre-synced with Shopify customers. If the contact with the corresponding email is not found in Xero, the order fails to import.

How to Set Up

  1. Select or create connections: Shopify connection for Source and Xero connection for Target.
  2. Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

  • To create Xero invoices from specific new Shopify orders, configure filters in the task editor.
