Create new Xero Purchase Order from Salesforce Opportunity

This integration selects new Salesforce opportunities that have line items and imports them to Xero as purchase orders. It uses product code (SKU) to match products in Salesforce and Xero.

Note: It does not import pre-existing Salesforce opportunities to Xero purchase orders.

Note: Xero contacts must be pre-synced with Salesforce accounts. If the contact with the corresponding name is not found in Xero, the opportunity fails to import.

How to Set Up

1. Select or create connections: Salesforce connection for Source and Xero connection for Target.
2. Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

• To create Xero purchase orders from specific new Salesforce opportunities, configure more filters in the task editor.
