Create new Zoho CRM Lead from Zoho Desk Contact

This integration selects new Zoho Desk contacts and imports them to Zoho CRM as leads.

Note: It does not import pre-existing Zoho Desk contacts to Zoho CRM leads.

How to Set Up

  1. Select or create connections: Zoho Desk connection for Source and Zoho CRM connection for Target.
  2. Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

  • To create Zoho CRM leads from specific new Zoho Desk contacts, configure filters in the task editor.
