Create new Zoho Desk Contact from Zoho CRM Lead - Skyvia

This integration selects new Zoho CRM leads and imports them to Zoho Desk as contacts.

Note: It does not import pre-existing Zoho CRM leads to Zoho Desk contacts.

How to Set Up

Select or create connections: Zoho CRM connection for Source and Zoho Desk connection for Target.
Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

To create Zoho Desk contacts from specific new Zoho CRM leads, configure filters in the task editor.
