This integration selects new Zoho CRM accounts and imports them to Zoho People as clients.
Note: It does not import pre-existing Zoho CRM accounts to Zoho People clients.
Note: The field Description (Zoho People) accepts maximum 100 symbols. In case amount of symbols in the corresponding field in Source (Zoho CRM) exceeds this value the original content will be truncated to 97 symbols and ellipsis will be added at the end.
How to Set Up
- Select or create connections: Zoho CRM connection for Source and Zoho People connection for Target.
- Provide the necessary information for the integration execution:
- Open the import task.
- In Mapping Definition of your import task, for the CurrencyCode field, specify ISO 4217 currency code for your client instead of Enter your ISO 4217 currency code....
- Save the task.
- Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.
