This integration selects new Zoho Desk tickets and imports them to Pipedrive as leads.

Note: If leads with such email already exist, the existing ones are updated. The integration does not create duplicates.

Note: It does not import pre-existing Zoho Desk tickets to Pipedrive leads.

Note: Due to peculiarities in Pipedrive API, this integration will fill the FirstName field with the requester's last name if the requester's first name is absent in the source data.

How to Set Up

  1. Select or create connections: Zoho Desk connection for Source and Pipedrive connection for Target.
  2. Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

  • To create or update Pipedrive leads from specific new Zoho Desk tickets, configure filters in the task editor.
