This integration selects new Zoho Desk contacts and updates status for the leads with the corresponding email in Dynamics 365 to 'contacted'.

Note: It does not update statuses for Dynamics 365 leads, corresponding to existing Zoho Desk contacts.

How to Set Up

  1. Select or create connections: Zoho Desk connection for Source and Dynamics 365 connection for Target.
  2. Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

  • To update lead status in Dynamics 365 only for specific new Zoho Desk contacts, configure filters in the task editor.
