Update lead status for Insightly CRM Lead from Zoho Desk Contact

This integration selects new Zoho Desk contacts and updates statuses for Insightly CRM leads with the corresponding email.

Note: It does not update statuses for Insightly CRM leads, corresponding to existing Zoho Desk contacts.

How to Set Up

1. Select or create connections: Zoho Desk connection for Source and Insightly CRM connection for Target.
2. Specify the lead status to assign:
   1. Open the import task
   2. On the Mapping Definition of your import task, for the LeadStatusId field, specify the lead status instead of Enter your Status....
   3. Save the task.
3. Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

• To update corresponding lead status only for specific new Zoho Desk contacts, configure filters in the task editor.
