This integration selects new Zoho Desk contacts and updates statuses for Insightly CRM leads with the corresponding email.
Note: It does not update statuses for Insightly CRM leads, corresponding to existing Zoho Desk contacts.
How to Set Up
- Select or create connections: Zoho Desk connection for Source and Insightly CRM connection for Target.
- Specify the lead status to assign:
- Open the import task
- On the Mapping Definition of your import task, for the LeadStatusId field, specify the lead status instead of Enter your Status....
- Save the task.
- Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.
- To update corresponding lead status only for specific new Zoho Desk contacts, configure filters in the task editor.
