Update lead status for Pipedrive Lead from Zoho Desk Contact

This integration selects new Zoho Desk contacts and assigns new label for Pipedrive leads with the corresponding last name.

Note: It does not update statuses for Pipedrive leads, corresponding to existing Zoho Desk contacts.

How to Set Up

1. Select or create connections: Zoho Desk connection for Source and Pipedrive connection for Target.
2. Specify the id of the label to assign:
   1. Open the import task
   2. On the Mapping Definition of your import task, for the LabelIds field, specify the ID of the label instead of Enter your Label id (keep square brackets and quotation marks).
   3. Save the task.
3. Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

• You can obtain the IDs of your lead labels by querying the LeadLabels object via the Query tool or exporting data with Export.
• To assign label to leads only for specific new Zoho Desk contacts, configure filters in the task editor.
