Update lead status for Salesforce Lead from Zoho Desk Contact

This integration selects new Zoho Desk contacts and updates status for the leads corresponding email in Salesforce to 'Working - Contacted'.

Note: It does not update statuses for Salesforce leads, corresponding to existing Zoho Desk contacts.

How to Set Up

  1. Select or create connections: Zoho Desk connection for Source and Salesforce connection for Target.
  2. Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

  • To update lead status in Salesforce only for specific new Zoho Desk contacts, configure filters in the task editor.
