Update lead status for SugarCRM Lead from Zoho Desk Contact

This integration assigns the 'In Process' status for SugarCRM leads from new Zoho Desk contacts.

Note: Zoho Desk contacts must be pre-synced with SugarCRM leads.

Note: It does not process existing Zoho Desk contacts, but only newly added ones.

How to Set Up

1. Select or create connections: Zoho Desk connection for Source and SugarCRM connection for Target.
2. Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

• To update SugarCRM leads status from specific new Zoho Desk contacts, configure filters in the task editor.
