Update lead status for Zoho CRM Lead from Zoho Desk Contact - Skyvia

This integration selects new Zoho Desk contacts and updates status for the leads corresponding email in Zoho CRM to 'Contacted'.

Note: It does not update statuses for Zoho CRM leads, corresponding to existing Zoho Desk contacts.

How to Set Up

Select or create connections: Zoho Desk connection for Source and Zoho CRM connection for Target.
Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

To update Zoho CRM leads status only for specific new Zoho Desk contacts, configure filters in the task editor.
