Connectors
Boomi
The Boomi website boasts over 300,000 endpoints supported. Now these are not the actual number of connectors. Their list of connectors includes 240+ only. It includes popular data destinations: data warehouses and cloud applications. Boomi supports the following types of connectors: application, event-driven, technology, and custom. Developers can write their custom connectors in Java using Boomi’s Connector SDK. Connectors are either Boomi or partner-maintained. And they categorize these by connector classes (Small Business, Standard, Enterprise, Trading Partner).
Customers can deploy connections up to the number of licenses in their subscription.
Zoho DataPrep
Zoho DataPrep supports over 120+ connectors (and expanding..) for automated imports and exports. You can choose from local and cloud databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, etc.), FTP servers, cloud storage services (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Amazon S3), and business applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Salesforce, etc).
For on-premise data, Zoho DataPrep offers Databridge, a feature that helps seamlessly integrate on-premises data , ensuring a smooth hybrid environment. Users can also import data from any URL or REST API making it highly adaptable to various data sources.
Customers can also leave a request for any new data connector; and DataPrep will prioritize building it.
Skyvia
Skyvia offers more than 200 connectors, and more to come very soon. It supports connectors for CRMs, accounting, email marketing, e-commerce, human resources, marketing automation, payment processing, product management, all major databases and DWH, flat files, and more. It’s also not a problem whether your data is on-premise or in the cloud.
You can access your on-premise data with peace of mind using the Skyvia Agent. It allows you to connect to databases like SQL Server, MySQL, and more using an encrypted connection. You need to download the Skyvia Agent and install it. Then, download a secured key file and place it in the same folder as the Agent. The Agent is like an unbreakable metal door, and you use the key file to open that door to your on-premise data. You can also set it up so that Skyvia can access only the resources you specify and nothing else.
Customers can also leave a request for a new data connector. Skyvia prioritizes implementing requested connectors without additional payments.
Transformation
Boomi
Boomi supports a set of prebuilt transformations through procedures called shapes. These transformations include encryption/decryption, search/replace, and more. And it lets you create custom preload transformations to convert data formats.
When a process runs, the inbound connector in the Start shape retrieves the data. Possible types are database, EDI, flat file, XML, or JSON. The resulting data goes into the process as one or more documents. Documents move in sequence through the process steps. Each shape performs a specific task on the data and then passes it on to the next shape.
Zoho DataPrep
Zoho DataPrep offers a comprehensive ETL solution with robust data transformation capabilities. It offers 250+ built-in transforms for cleaning, transforming, blending and enriching data, speeding up the data preparation and movement process. Users can easily identify and fix missing or inconsistent data, perform data quality analysis, and use smart cleansing features.
The platform stands out due to its AI-driven features. You can use Ask Zia, the AI assistant, to automate imports, perform various transforms, and schedule tasks with simple, natural language prompts. The AI Formula Builder allows you to create complex formulas by giving instructions in your natural language, and the Transform by Example feature learns how you want to change a column and applies it to the rest of your data. Boomi provides three levels of support: Standard, Premier, and Premier Plus. Depending on the chosen plan, you get support through different communication channels. Email support is available for all customers. But there’s limited case management. Support is available only during business hours, based on the region. And response time is up to two business days. Phone and chat support are for Premier plans only.
Boomi also offers on-demand online training for its customers.
Zoho DataPrep
Zoho DataPrep offers access to chat, phone, knowledge base, community forum, email support, and a customer portal to all customers, along with free weekly webinars.

Boomi
Boomi offers a 30-day free trial called Personal Edition. Scheduling and deployment are not available during this trial period. Pricing options vary depending on the feature offerings available for each edition. Factors like various environments, advanced workflow, parallel processing, and more affect pricing. You can also choose between support offerings that depend on your Boomi edition.
Zoho DataPrep
Zoho DataPrep has a transparent, usage-based pricing model with three main tiers: Free, Standard, and Enterprise. There is a 15 days free trial (No credit card required).
So once you're ready, paid plans start from as low as $50 per month. Pricing is usage based and depends primarily on the volume of rows processed per month, which ranges from 2 million to over 100 million. Customers are free to cancel anytime.
