Create Jira Issue from Salesforce Opportunity at "Value Proposition" stage
This automation looks for new or updated opportunities in Salesforce with the StageName set to 'Value Proposition'. When it finds one, it looks for an existing issue in Jira with a summary that matches the opportunity name within a predefined Project_Id.
If no match is found, the automation creates a new issue in Jira.
Note: If the Opportunity Name is changed, the automation interprets it as a new item and creates an additional Jira Issue.
Tips
- Change how often Skyvia checks for new records by setting the Poll Interval in the Trigger settings.
