Create new ActiveCampaign Contact from Zendesk User

This integration selects new Zendesk users and imports them to ActiveCampaign as contacts.

Note: It does not import pre-existing Zendesk users to ActiveCampaign contacts.

How to Set Up

1. Select or create connections: Zendesk connection for Source and ActiveCampaign connection for Target.
2. Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

• To create ActiveCampaign contacts from specific new Zendesk users, configure more filters in the task editor.
