This integration selects Zendesk tickets and imports them to ActiveCampaign as deals.
Note: It does not import pre-existing Zendesk tickets to ActiveCampaign deals.
How to Set Up
- Select or create connections: Zendesk connection for Source and ActiveCampaign connection for Target.
- Provide the necessary information for the integration execution:
- Open the import task and move to Mapping Definition of your import task.
- For the Owner field, specify the email of person who will own the deal instead of Enter ActiveCampaign user email....
- For the StageId field, specify the deal stage name instead of Enter your stage title... and the pipeline name instead of Enter your pipeline title....
- For the Value field, specify the deal value instead of 1.
- For the Currency field specify deal currency (USD, GBP, CHF, etc.) instead of Enter deal currency....
- Save the task.
- Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.

- To create ActiveCampaign deals from specific new Zendesk tickets, configure more filters in the task editor.
