Create new Dynamics 365 Contact from Zoho Desk Contact - Skyvia

This integration selects new Zoho Desk contacts and imports them to Dynamics 365.

Note: It does not import pre-existing Zoho Desk contacts to Dynamics 365 contacts.

How to Set Up

Select or create connections: Zoho Desk connection for Source and Dynamics 365 connection for Target.
Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

To create Dynamics 365 contacts only for specific new Zoho Desk contacts, configure filters in the task editor.
