This integration selects new Zoho Desk contacts and imports them to Dynamics 365 as leads.
Note: It does not import pre-existing Zoho Desk contacts to Dynamics 365 leads.
How to Set Up
- Select or create connections: Zoho Desk connection for Source and Dynamics 365 connection for Target.
- Specify the subject for the lead:
- Open the import task
- On the Mapping Definition of your import task, for the subject field, specify the subject for the imported leads instead of "Enter your Subject...".
- Save the task.
- Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.
Tips
- To create Dynamics 365 leads only for specific new Zoho Desk contacts, configure filters in the task editor.
