Create new Dynamics 365 Lead from Zoho Desk Contact

This integration selects new Zoho Desk contacts and imports them to Dynamics 365 as leads.

Note: It does not import pre-existing Zoho Desk contacts to Dynamics 365 leads.

How to Set Up

1. Select or create connections: Zoho Desk connection for Source and Dynamics 365 connection for Target.
2. Specify the subject for the lead:
   1. Open the import task
   2. On the Mapping Definition of your import task, for the subject field, specify the subject for the imported leads instead of "Enter your Subject...".
   3. Save the task.
3. Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

• To create Dynamics 365 leads only for specific new Zoho Desk contacts, configure filters in the task editor.
