This integration selects new HubSpot companies and imports them to Harvest as projects.
Note: It does not import pre-existing HubSpot companies.
Note: The Companies table in HubSpot may contain multiple companies with the same name, while projects in Harvest require unique names. If this is the case, errors will occur for those HubSpot companies with duplicate names.
How to Set Up
- Select or create connections: choose a HubSpot connection as the Source and a Harvest connection as the Target.
- Provide the necessary information to execute the integration:
- Open the import task.
- In the Mapping Definition, specify the name of your Harvest client in the ClientId field, replacing the placeholder Enter your Client name....
- Save the task.
- Specify the schedule for the integration to run automatically.

- To import only specific HubSpot companies as Harvest projects, configure filters in the task editor.
