This integration selects new Zendesk tickets and imports them to Insightly CRM as opportunities and links them to contacts, corresponding to Zendesk requesters.

Note: It does not import pre-existing Zendesk tickets to Insightly CRM opportunities.

How to Set Up

  1. Select or create connections: Zendesk connection for Source and Insightly CRM connection for Target.
  2. Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

  • To create Insightly CRM opportunities for specific new Zendesk tickets, configure filters in the task editor.
