This integration selects new NetSuite customers and imports them to Salesforce as contacts.
Notes
It does not import pre-existing NetSuite customers to Salesforce contacts.
Due to NetSuite's data structure specifics, when the Salutation field has a value, then customer address data (such as street, city, country, etc.) cannot be imported to Salesforce
How to Set Up
- Select or create connections: NetSuite connection for Source and Salesforce connection for Target.
- Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.
Tips
- To create Salesforce contacts from specific new NetSuite customers, configure filters in the task editor.
