Create new Salesforce Lead from Zoho Desk Contact

This integration selects new Zoho Desk contacts and imports them to Salesforce as leads.

Note: It does not import pre-existing Zoho Desk contacts to Salesforce leads.

How to Set Up

1. Select or create connections: Zoho Desk connection for Source and Salesforce connection for Target.
2. Specify the default company name to assign for contacts without account:
   1. Open the import task
   2. On the Mapping Definition of your import task, specify the default company name for the target lead instead of "Enter your Company name...".
   3. Save the task.
3. Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

• To create Salesforce leads only for specific new Zoho Desk contacts, configure filters in the task editor.
