This integration selects new Zoho Desk contacts and imports them to Salesforce as leads.
Note: It does not import pre-existing Zoho Desk contacts to Salesforce leads.
How to Set Up
- Select or create connections: Zoho Desk connection for Source and Salesforce connection for Target.
- Specify the default company name to assign for contacts without account:
- Open the import task
- On the Mapping Definition of your import task, specify the default company name for the target lead instead of "Enter your Company name...".
- Save the task.
- Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.
Tips
- To create Salesforce leads only for specific new Zoho Desk contacts, configure filters in the task editor.
