Create new SugarAI Contact from Zoho Desk Contact

This integration selects new Zoho Desk contacts and imports them to SugarAI.

Note: It does not import pre-existing Zoho Desk contacts to SugarAI.

How to Set Up

1. Select or create connections: Zoho Desk connection for Source and SugarAI connection for Target.
2. Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

• To create SugarAI contacts from specific new Zoho Desk contacts, configure filters in the task editor.
