Create new Zendesk User from BigCommerce Customer

Use this package if you need to automatically create Zendesk users from new BigCommerce customers. This helps you to easily followup with your new customers.

Note: It does not convert existing BigCommerce customers to Zendesk users.

Requirements

To use this package, you need to:

1. Select or create connections: BigCommerce connection for Source and Zendesk connection for Target.
2. Specify the schedule, on which the package will run automatically (See how)

Tips

• If you need to create Zendesk users only for new Shopify customers, matching some condition, you can add filter conditions for the source customers. For this point to the import task and click Edit, then configure filters as described here.
