Create new Zoho Desk Contact from Dynamics 365 Lead - Skyvia

This integration selects new Dynamics 365 leads and imports them to Zoho Desk as contacts.

Note: It does not import pre-existing Dynamics 365 leads to Zoho Desk contacts.

How to Set Up

Select or create connections: Dynamics 365 connection for Source and Zoho Desk connection for Target.
Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

To create Zoho Desk contacts only for specific new Dynamics 365 leads, configure filters in the task editor.
