Create QuickBooks Online Invoice from WooCommerce Order

This integration selects new WooCommerce orders and imports them to QuickBooks Online as invoices. It uses product SKUs to match products in WooCommerce and QuickBooks Online.

Note: This integration does not import pre-existing WooCommerce orders to QuickBooks Online invoices.

Note: Billing address emails in WooCommerce must correspond to primary email addresses of existing customers in QuickBooks Online.

How to Set Up

1. Select or create connections: WooCommerce connection for Source and QuickBooks Online connection for Target.
2. Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

• To create QuickBooks Online invoices from specific new WooCommerce orders, configure filters in the task editor.
