Create/Update Dynamics 365 Business Central Customer from Pipedrive Deal

This integration selects new Pipedrive deals and imports them to Dynamics 365 Business Central as customers.

Notes

• This integration will work for the connector Pipedrive API V1 only.

• DisplayName for Dynamics 365 Business Central customers must be unique. If a customer with such DisplayName already exists, the integration updates it.

• If the name of an existing person/customer in either system changes, the corresponding deal will be imported as a new customer.

How to Set Up

1. Select or create connections: Pipedrive connection for Source and Dynamics 365 Business Central connection for Target.
2. Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

• To create Dynamics 365 Business Central customers from specific Pipedrive deals, configure additional filters in the task editor.
