This integration selects QuickBooks Online invoices and imports new customers to Dynamics 365 Business Central using information from these invoices.

Notes

  • The integration does not create duplicates. If a customer with such email already exists, the integration updates it.

  • It does not import pre-existing QuickBooks Online invoices to Dynamics 365 Business Central customers.

  • Country names may differ between systems. In this case the information about customer's country will not be imported.

How to Set Up

  1. Select or create connections: QuickBooks Online connection for Source and Dynamics 365 Business Central connection for Target.
  2. Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

  • To create Dynamics 365 Business Central customers from specific QuickBooks Online invoices, configure more filters in the task editor.
