This integration selects new Zoho Books contacts and imports them to Dynamics 365 Business Central as customers.
The integration does not create duplicates. If customers with such emails already exist, the existing ones are updated.
The integration doesn't import pre-existing Zoho Books contacts to Dynamics 365 Business Central customers.
Country names may differ between the systems. In this case, information about leads country will not be imported
To create Dynamics 365 Business Central customers from specific Zoho Books contacts, configure more filters in the task editor.
If you don't need to import the address data (City, State, etc.), enable the Suppress Extended Requests parameter in the Zoho Books connection.
