Create/Update Dynamics 365 Business Central Customer from Zoho Books Contact

This integration selects new Zoho Books contacts and imports them to Dynamics 365 Business Central as customers.

Notes

• The integration does not create duplicates. If customers with such emails already exist, the existing ones are updated.

• The integration doesn't import pre-existing Zoho Books contacts to Dynamics 365 Business Central customers.

• Country names may differ between the systems. In this case, information about leads country will not be imported

How to Set Up

1. Select or create connections: Zoho Books connection for Source and Dynamics 365 Business Central connection for Target.
2. Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

• To create Dynamics 365 Business Central customers from specific Zoho Books contacts, configure more filters in the task editor.

• If you don't need to import the address data (City, State, etc.), enable the Suppress Extended Requests parameter in the Zoho Books connection.
