Create/Update Dynamics 365 Business Central Customer from Zoho CRM Contact

This integration selects new Zoho CRM contacts and imports them to Dynamics 365 Business Central as customers.

Notes

• If customers with such email already exist, the existing ones are updated. The integration does not create duplicates.

• The integration does not import pre-existing Zoho CRM contacts to Dynamics 365 Business Central customers.

• Country names may differ between Source and Target. In this case information about contact's country will not be imported.

How to Set Up

1. Select or create connections: Zoho CRM connection for Source and Dynamics 365 Business Central connection for Target.
2. Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

• To create Dynamics 365 Business Central customers from specific Zoho CRM contacts, configure more filters in the task editor.
