This integration selects new Zoho Desk tickets and imports them to Dynamics 365 Business Central as customers.

Notes

  • If a customer with such an email already exists, it is updated. The integration does not create duplicates.

  • Country names may differ between the systems. In this case, information about contact's country will not be imported.

How to Set Up

  1. Select or create connections: Zoho Desk connection for Source and Dynamics 365 Business Central connection for Target.
  2. Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

  • To create Dynamics 365 Business Central customers from specific Zoho Desk tickets, configure additional filters in the task editor.
