Create/Update HubSpot Contact from NetSuite Customer

This integration selects new NetSuite customers and imports them to HubSpot as contacts.

Notes

• If contacts with such email already exist, the existing ones are updated. The integration does not create duplicates.

• It does not import pre-existing NetSuite customers to HubSpot contacts.

• Due to NetSuite's data structure specifics, when the Salutation field has a value, then customer address data (such as street, city, country, etc.) cannot be imported to HubSpot.

How to Set Up

1. Select or create connections: NetSuite connection for Source and HubSpot connection for Target.
2. Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

• To create or update HubSpot contacts from specific new NetSuite customers, configure filters in the task editor.
