This integration selects new Zoho Desk tickets and imports them to Insightly CRM as contacts.

Note: If contacts with such email already exist, the existing ones are updated. The integration does not create duplicates.

Note: It does not import pre-existing Zoho Desk tickets to Insightly CRM contacts.

Note: Due to peculiarities in the Insightly CRM and Zoho Desk APIs, this integration may fill the FirstName field in Insightly CRM with email or last name from Zoho Desk when first name is absent in the source data.

How to Set Up

  1. Select or create connections: Zoho Desk connection for Source and Insightly CRM connection for Target.
  2. Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

  • To create or update Insightly CRM contacts from specific new Zoho Desk tickets, configure filters in the task editor.
