This integration selects new Dynamics 365 leads with non-empty emails and imports them to Mailchimp as subscribers.
Notes
The integration does not create duplicates. If a contact with such email already exists, the integtration updates it.
Due to peculiarities in the Mailchimp API, this integration assigns the single quotation mark (') to some address fields in case if data for these fields are absent in the source.
Requirements
Mailchimp connection must have specific settings:
- API Version must be set to Ver3;
- Merge Fields Behavior must be set to Join Common Merge Fields.
How to Set Up
- Select or create connections: Dynamics 365 connection for Source and Mailchimp connection for Target.
- Specify the name of the audience to add subscribers to:
- Open the import task.
- In Mapping Definition of your import task, for the ListId field, specify the name of your audience instead of Enter your List (Audience) name....
- Save the task.
- Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.
