Create/Update Mailchimp Subscriber from NetSuite Customer (NetSuite API V2)

This integration selects new NetSuite customers with non-empty emails and imports them to Mailchimp as subscribers.

Notes

• This integration works with the NetSuite V2 (REST) connector only.

• If subscribers with such emails already exist, the existing ones are updated. The integration does not create duplicates.

• It does not import pre-existing NetSuite customers to Mailchimp subscribers.

Requirements

Mailchimp connection must have specific settings:

• API Version must be set to Ver3;
• Merge Fields Behavior must be set to Join Common Merge Fields.

How to Set Up

1. Select or create connections: NetSuite V2 (REST) connection for Source and Mailchimp connection for Target.
2. Specify the name of the audience to add subscribers to:
   1. Open the import task.
   2. In Mapping Definition of your import task, for the ListId field, specify the name of your audience instead of Enter your List (Audience) name....
   3. Save the task.
3. Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

• To create Mailchimp subscribers from specific new NetSuite customers, configure more filters in the task editor.
