This integration selects new Salesforce cases and imports them to NetSuite.

Note

  • This integration works with the NetSuite V2 (REST) connector only.

  • It does not import pre-existing Salesforce cases to NetSuite cases.

  • NetSuite Customer (company) must have an email. Otherwise, integration execution fails with error.

How to Set Up

  1. Select or create connections: Salesforce connection for Source and NetSuite V2 (REST) connection for Target.
  2. Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

  • To create or update NetSuite cases from specific new Salesforce cases, configure filters in the task editor.
