|
This integration selects new Mailchimp subscribers and imports them to NetSuite as contacts.
Notes
This integration works for the NetSuite V2 (REST) connector only.
The integration does not create duplicates. If contacts with such email already exist, the existing ones are updated.
It does not import pre-existing Mailchimp subscribers to NetSuite contacts.
Requirements
Mailchimp connection must have specific settings:
- API Version must be set to Ver3;
- Merge Fields Behavior must be set to Join Common Merge Fields.
How to Set Up
- Select or create connections: Mailchimp connection for Source and NetSuite V2 (REST) connection for Target.
- Provide the necessary information for the integration execution:
- Open the import task
- In Mapping Definition of your import task, for the Subsidiary Internal identifier field, specify the name of your subsidiary instead of Enter subsidiary name here....
- Save the task.
- Specify the schedule, on which the integration will run automatically.
Tips
To create or update NetSuite contacts only for subscribers from certain Mailchimp lists, configure filters in the task editor.
To import subscribers from several lists, add multiple filters with different list names and use the OR operator.
