Create/Update NetSuite Contact from Salesforce Contact (NetSuite API V2)

This integration selects new Salesforce contacts and imports them to NetSuite.

Note

• This integration works with the NetSuite V2 (REST) connector only.

• The integration does not create duplicates. If contacts with such email already exist, the existing ones are updated.

• NetSuite Fax, Phone, and MobilePhone field values must be at least 7 characters long.

How to Set Up

1. Select or create connections: Salesforce connection for Source and NetSuite V2 (REST) connection for Target.
2. Provide the necessary information for the integration execution:
   1. Open the import task.
   2. In Mapping Definition of your import task, for the Subsidiary Internal identifier field, specify the name of your subsidiary instead of Enter subsidiary name here....
   3. Save the task.
3. Specify the schedule on which the integration will run automatically.

Tips

• To create NetSuite contacts from specific new Salesforce contacts, configure filters in the task editor.
